We have a very simple approach to using other people's data, which is that we don't use it unless we absolutely have to.

So:

- Customers: we put your name & address, as provided by you (usually via Paypal), on an invoice and an address label, so we can send you your order. We have to keep a copy of the invoice for accounting purposes, but we don't keep the information longer than we are legally required to. We also send you an email to confirm shipment of your order, using the email address you have provided as part of your order. We do not use your email address any further, unless you ask us to.

- Suppliers: we use your invoice information as supplied in order to pay you and comply with our accounting requirements. We do not keep the information longer than we are legally required to.

- We do not pass on supplier or customer information to any third parties, other than our accountant, which we are legally required to.
