MM5559 33-bit serial-to-parallel converter

This is a direct replacement for the MM5559, with the same physical footprint & only ever so slightly taller; plugs into the original socket.

We have made the following improvements to the original.

1) The outputs work at up to 50V, whereas the originals worked at 30V

2) Maximum VSS-VDD = -18V. Originals were -20V but the datasheet showed -10V being used & we found them never to have been used at -20V

3) Maximum clock frequency is more than 500kHz; the original was 250kHz

4) Since we don't use VGG, there is no internal resistance to this, which was present in the originals.
